    Ef 24-70mm ii 2.8 vs Ef 70-200mm iii 2.8

A while ago derrell insisted i get the 70-200 (where are you derrell! Haha). since that conversation a lot of people are saying “don’t get the 70-200”. My good friend Andrew (taught me a ton of photography stuff) is all for the 70-200. I’m leaning toward that because I love to shoot portraits...

    Tips for shooting baby shower?

It’s indoor and outdoor. I have a better understanding of outdoor with my camera. I own A 6d Mark ii and have a 24-105 F4 (too dark for inside), a 50mm f1.8, and an 85mm 1.8. as for focus i know I’m going to be taking pics of a lot of women huddled for a group photo. Indoor and out door what...

Ok I’ve narrowed my lens choice down...

I’ve decided i want to go with either the canon 24-70 ii 2.8, or the 70-200mm iii. They both have sharp quality but man the 70-200 iii sample images i saw were INSANE. What I love to shoot: Portraits and candids Jiu jitsu (sports) Landscape Concerts (rarely) —— So with that said I feel...

    What’s canons sharpest lens?

this of course is an opinionated question. Looking forward to opinions! I love My 85 1.8 have been taking some awesome shots. But I’m wondering if it’s worth it to buy a lower aperture 85 or even a 50 1.2. I’ve realllllly been looking into 135mm 2.8. It’s so hard to decide what to get!!

    Ef 24-105mm 4.0 thoughts?

I’ve owned this lens for about 4 months now. It’s the original kit lens. I still can’t figure out what it’s best for as I’m branching off the fixed primes now. Only thing I’m seeing it useful for is landscape? Maybe I’m missing something... It’s also just too slow for anything other than...

    What lens i should get....

yes yes I know. Depends on what you like to shoot right? I know. I like to shoot Jiu jitsu when I’m at my school which is obviously more on the sports end, but I like portraits of my kids and friends and getting candies too etc. so I guess I’m looking for a more versatile lens? I get these...

    What’s your favorite lens?

I would say I’m a little more of a beginner, but I feel I’ve delved too into the “hype lenses”. Don’t even know if there can technically be a hype lens. I’m just saying more along the lines of the 85mm and 50mm. I currently Own an Ef L series 24-105mm 4.0 , an Ef 85mm 1.8, and a 50mm 1.8...
