no highlight

Hi, I was going through this website and I want to reproduce such images with my family: Family I noticed few things there: 1. Almost zero shadow at the vicinity of the subject(s) 2. And no (or very less) highlights at their nose tip, forehead, cheeks etc. 3. Most pics. look back lit by sun...
