1940 Air Terminal Museum
good picture - makes me think of Flash Gordon.
The tint really adds a nastalgic feel.
Thanks woodsac, that's what I was going for. I'm not really a photoshop expert so I kept playing with it. I'm glad it works.
2framesbelowzero... thanks. I'm sure you probably meant vintage Flash, but now I have the 1980 soundtrack playing in my head. (Flash! Ahhhhh......)
Very nice work - I love this nastalgic stuff - Cool!
very nostalgic looking shot, love it! And I know that Airport all so well! LOL
This one is sooo cool. Has a very vintage movie feel to it. Nicely done.
love this shot.....love art deco!
Thanks everyone. I love old art deco buildings. This is the old airport building that is now a museum. They are working on restoring it (a miracle for Houston that usually tears everything that is old down) and they hope to have it done in about two years. I can't wait until they finish the inside.
Have you been to this museum? It's a little hidden art deco gem that I think a lot of people don't know about in Houston.
