I like the colours in the first one. I think I would've taken it from another angle with more perspective. Don't know if that would've enhanced the photo, just a (film) noob as well.
What camera and scanner do you use?

Canon 1v & plustec scanner

They're all way too blue. Sometimes film ends up with a color cast from developing, which used to be corrected with color filtration on the enlarger, but now can be corrected by adjusting color balance in the scanner preview. You can also adjust afterwards in your processing software, but usually it's better to get it at least close in the scanner. You also need to clean your negatives better or use dust and scratch reduction in the scanner (Nikon calls this ICE).

The images are interesting. In the first, that light stripe over the window is kind of distracting - darkening it or going back when the light is different would help. The last is suffering because the flower looks kind of beaten up, but not enough for that to be the point of the image. The middle one presents an interesting contrast between the stump and the columns, but the bright areas need to be toned down. After the blue is removed, you might consider doing this one in black and white.

I like all three shots. The colors definitely make the first shot. The second shot could have been in black and white. The colors kind of distract from the power between the rotten stump and the out of focus reminder of what once was. The third negative, I love the slightly warn rose, makes me think of fading beauty. You seem to have developed a good compositional eye. Now you need to think about how other people will look at your photographs. Not for the purpose of pleasing them, but so you can improve the strength in your imagery. Keep up the good work.
