I really like that second one. You caught that person just right in the crosswalk. My only suggestion is to straighten it out so that the building is vertical and maybe(?) crop it some

The second photo is great. That person there makes it!
I agree with Wendy about straightening it. Though I'm not sure I'd crop it.
