2 from a while ago, playing with new lights

i bought a couple B800's with softboxes, and i just got around to dealing with the images yesterday. i'm new to working with controlled light, so any feedback would be great.

ANY comments would help. i'm guessing these aren't very good, so how can i improve?

Nothing to say because of ambient-light job. No controled shadows - no art job, so everything is ok for such type of works.

On DSC_4477.jpg right side of the face is darker but not shadowed - this is one bit I can say)
