2 lights and a white reflector

Think I can get rim light with a 2 light set up and reflector?

Of course you can. You can rim light only a subject with one light. Rim Light - A Simple Way to Create Powerful Images with a Single Flash lighting is nothing more then addition and subtraction, which is why I find it easier in studio, you're limiting the number of variables you have to deal with.

Use the sun as your rim light and get it done with one light and a reflector or use it all and get more, more is better right?
