Spent the weekend downtown and was snapping photos everywhere, mostly heavy equipment. But took a couple I wanted to see what you guys thought.

I like number 2 over number 1, but to me, both are a bit grey... I would suggest increasing the contrast a bit to make them 'pop' a bit more...

I edited them a little but can't help them much.

I like #1, #2 I would have liked to see the foreground sharp, fading to bokeh along with the tracks, along with more tracks, maybe leading off picture.

both are excellent subjects. 1 needs cropping on bottom and top. 2 needs another element to show perspective and make it more interesting.

the piano has the same problem as the railroad.
it's also overexposed, needs more contrast, sharpening and warmer light.
composition is another issue, keep shooting the piano in different angles and from different distances.

I like the keyboard shot the best! For the tracks I would suggest trying to get lower and more parallel to the tracks.

I was hoping I could, but a train was coming and I was pretty much laying on the tracks, it was a quick shot.
