2 shots at night.

The 1st one was taken at an exposure of 10s at f/8 and the 2nd one at an exposure of 25s at f/8. kept the iso low because the camera doesnt handle high iso values very well. Which one is better? personally I like the second one. and what could have been done to get a more vital shot?
