2002 WRX Impreza

Went to go shoot a friends car. It's a 2002 WRX Impreza. I dont have a parts list, but its heavily modded. Right now it makes 280whp but will make more when it gets the STI turbo in it. If im correct on that. Well heres the car

#6, if you take and turned the wheel a little to the right, to get the rim to face the camera... would have made it a little better.

#1 and #7 IMO aren't too good, but only because of that weird graffiti on the wall... #1 is distracting, and I think would have been great if not for the face. and #7.... ya haha not looking to good with that face over the car.

#6 is the best IMO that or #2

well the whole point of the shoot was to get the graffiti in it. the guy who does it is sick nasty. the only problem i have is hosting these pics. on picasa they murder these things in quality

I love graffiti shots, I have done a few with my truck, just the face is kinda creepy thats all lol more so the first one is creepy, the other one isn't too bad. just distracting, if there was no face just other graphics... I would love them

lol true. i liked it though b/c the first shot is suppose to be intimidating in your face and the kids face is suppose to freak you out lol. then the side profile is split into like evil up front and nice things in the back, sorta like there is chaos under the hood or w/e

anyway, fill light would make a huge difference especially shooting with black car.

yeah. i dont really edit my pics to much. just some on flickr. i would add in some fill but to me it seemed to start bleaching the car or something...maybe its just me

You can't add fill light in processing. I agree that some fill light to light the black car (appears underexposed to me) would have helped. The grafitti is pretty cool....but it just flat out takes your attention away from the car in my opinion. Every photo with graffiti, my eyes were first drawn to that and then to the car second. Otherwise, the compositions look really good.

Nice clean car, I have a 03 myself. The graff is distracting though. I'm a fan of graf, and grew up with lots of friends who painted so I can appreciate it.
