·Sign in your account to submit your image, if you haven’t registered in linkdelight.com yet, please register to upload image.
·Each entrant can submit one or two or three( at most three) image (format includes .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif and .png).
·Please fill out the correlative title, shot description, equipment and parameter for the image.
·Entrant can edit the description of image in the “My picture” panel after uploading image.
·After approved，the uploaded image will be displayed on LinkDelight photo contest gallery after uploaded.
·Submitted images will not be returned under any circumstances.
·LinkDelight reserves the right to delete any images that do not have anything to do with this contest.

2012 LD Photo Contest Info & Rules:


1. Eligibility

Contest is open to all photographers, included professional or amateur from any parts of the world, any entrant must be registered member of Linkdelight.com first.

2. Photography Requirements:

Each entry must comply with the following requirements

· Photography must be in digital format. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this contest.
· The Photography is not subject to image taken by digital camera, scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are also acceptable.
· All digital files must be 1 megabyte or smaller, must be in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif and .png format. W * H not less than 735 * 488 pixel is better.
· No manipulation beyond color correction, conversion to black & white, brightness and contrast.
· No plagiarism, or else, whistle-blowers can provide related evidence and report it to LinkDelight. If convicted, LinkDelight reserve the right to cancel the qualification of the entrant.
· The photographs must not have won any award in any form contest in the last two years, or else, LinkDelight reserve the right to cancel the qualification of the entrant.
· The photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights or that constitutes copyright infringement.
· The photo must not contain brand names or trademarks.
· The photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
· Winners may later be requested to submit images with higher resolution for winning works, for such purposes as the production of publications and exhibitions related to the contest.
· The entrant will retain the copy rights to their photographs. However, by uploading Photography to LinkDelight 2012 photo contest gallery, contestants grant LinkDelight Ltd and its agency unlimited rights, for 18 months, usage of the entry photographs in any adverting/promotion efforts by LinkDelight Ltd.

3. Announcement of Winners

The winners will be announced at this website on February 15st, 2012.

4. Winner Requirements

All Finalists will be notified via email by our website master, LinkDelight Company on about February 15st, 2012. Winners will later be requested to submit high-resolution JPEG images and some personal information for publish purpose related to this photo contest. And our Company owns the right to publish the prizing picture to production of other publications or CD etc.

5. Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In such event, no prizes will be awarded. If Sponsor elects to cancel or terminate the Contest under any of the circumstances described above, Sponsor will not retain any rights in the submitted photographs.

6. Disclaimers

· At the time of entry, entrants are deemed to have read, understand and be in agreement with all rules and conditions, our company reserves the right to rule on any issues not covered in this page. In this contest that an entrant should disagree with any decision made by our company, that entrant will have the right to withdraw his or her entry/entries.
· In the event that the efficient, security, selection procedure, fairness of the contest or any related operations are deemed to have been compromised by our company beyond the control of the organizer – such as troubles relating to computer networks, computer virus infections or unauthorized computer access – then the receipt of some or all entries via the interne may be postponed or discontinued.
· Entrants retain all copyrights and other equivalent rights to entered photographs, however the organizer will possess rights as stated below in “Rights of the organizer”.
· Winner will be entirely responsible for any tax or charge related to the receipt of any prize. Linkdeilght will be entirely responsible for shipping fee related to the delivery of any prize.
· The decisions of the judges are final, our company reverse the right of the judge.
· Our company reserves the permanent nonexclusive right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and show on screen any winning Photography on websites, Photo exhibitions, tradeshows, or any other media which is under the management of the organizer for the purpose of promoting our company. In all cases where such photographs are used, our company reserves the right to do so without obtaining the further prior permission of the winner and without offering any further compensation in any form.

There are five awards setting for Linkdelight 2012 Photo Contest. The prize name and number of winner on each prize is listed at below table. The 1st Prize will be awarded for the most outstanding Photography out of all the entries, which is getting top votes from voters. ，2nd and 3rd prize is award to next 8 related winners according to the vote number of their photographs.
