28mm f/1.8 or 35mm f/2d

in lieu of upgrading to the d600 from the d5000 until the bugs get worked out, i will invest in lenses. i already own a 50 mm f/1.4. which of these 2 is best to add for now, 23mm f/1.8 or 35mm f/2d?

I would rather have the 28 but that's a personal preference.

The 28 is a much newer design, and will outperform the old 35mm f2.

But both are good lenses.

I'd also go with a 28mm. Reason is focal length. Those are the two lenses I own for my Leica. They compliment each other nicely.

since i already own the 50, i'm hesitant to get both. i want to compliment the 50, i'm leaning toward the 28. once i've satisfied my wide angle need, i will look at an 85 or 105, or maybe a good zoom.
