Where is the best place to have my old 35mm negatives placed onto CD?

Is there a local photo processor near you? Give them a call and ask. Most custom labs can do this. My local mom & pop lab is great at the unique stuff that the Wal-mart/Costco type won't/can't do.

mileage does vary. Quiz them about how the images will look. The local rabbit photo did a horrible job last time. whereas the kodak shop did very nice work.

target puts mine on a cd for $2.50 but sometimes they screw it up a little
