60D vs 600D Filming?

I recently got my T3i destroyed, and was wondering if I should re-buy another 600D? My budget is around 600D and 60D (max). But I noticed a huge price drop on the 60D. Maybe its time to upgrade? Does the 60D have better HD video recording then the 600D? I like taking pictures, but I'm more into filming. One feature I like about the 60D is that its slightly better with pictures, and has better weather proof sealing, compared to the 600D which has a digital zoom which I never use. Which one records better video?
