Today (well, technically yesterday since I'm posting this after midnight) we had what was likely some of the clearest weather in months, so I went out and wandered around Old City Philadelphia (that's the touristy part) with my camera and polarizer in hand. I didn't really photograph anything particularly interesting, but the weather was so nice I couldn't pass it up. So here are some of my shots...

1. Independence Hall

2. Statue in front (in back?) of independence hall

3. The Second Bank of the USA (if I correctly remember what a passing tour guide said)

4. Random...

5. Some building...

6. Glass building...

8. Where Benjamin Franklin's house once stood (if I remember correctly)

Beautiful shots! My husband is from Philly and these make him wish he was home. :(

I'll have to break out my polarizer and see what happens -- I don't think I've even used it.

a really nice blue sky, hmm kinda blue here too but to hot to go outside.

Nice series, Franklin must has gotten cold in that house at night, I take it you r not big on history, #2 is my fav of the group
