I just got this book the other day from my libary I let it sit around for a fe days because I was thinking it would be more of a photo type book but it is all text. I have to say as soon as I picked it up I literally could no tput it down. First off the book:

It is a book by a SF based wedding photographer and when I was finally able to put it down today I read 130 pages. She goes through alot of the horror stories and some of the fun moments of shooting weddings. Also dealing with other vendors mothers brides grooms and crazy officiants. I have gone far enough to say that it should br a MUST read for all of you budding wedding photographers out there she will not tell you how to set your camera for a certain situation or how to do any Post Processing (actually as of the writing of the book she shoots film) but you will learn alot that you did and did not want to know. By the way this is the site of the photographer in question and I guess you can get the book there as well.

well if you have an interest in wedding photography you may want to stay away so as to not be scared away.

It is on my list of books to buy. LOL I am sure I can learn a thing or two from it. I really want to get into wedding photography more, I want to know what some of the good and bad is. As I am learning it is always better to be prepared.

Just so you know you will not learn ONE technical thing about wedding photography. Honestly I dont even think this book will make you any better a wedding photographer it is just a good read.
