I miss Santa Barbara; we used to go there quite a lot when I was younger...so these gorgeous shots evoke memories.

In the first shot, the colors are definitely vibrant and lovely, but I can see the graininess from the over-saturation.
I think I like the second one better, because it looks a bit more natural, as well as more beautiful, and the wading person definitely adds to the shot. Nice job!

I'm torn. I think I might like the first better because of the vividness of the colors. Both are just lovely though.

I vote #2, #1 is too "grainy".

#2 has been PS'd more, which could explain the grainyness.
