Still quite new to photography.. I'm going to be taking some classes really soon.. What do you guys and gals think of this shot.. Any suggestions on how to make it better??

It's a bit too dark, and the out-of-focus paw in the front is a little distracting. Other than that, it's fine.

i dont really like the pattern of the fabric, its a little distracting for me, but you cant really do anything about that
