A couple for C&C + 365

Well I got a D40 for Christmas, and I've been lurking around these forums for a few months, so I thought I'd throw up a couple of the pictures I took tonight that I took while me and my friends were burning some old phone books.
both have a small bit of pp done

also, I'm doing a 365 project that can be found at

Honestly, I don't fully like both of these, both were handheld for 1 second because I forgot my tripod.
