I love this photo...not sure if it is a technically good photo, but I love it!

To make a couple of technical suggestions for better dog photos.
Always shoot with the camera at the same level as the dog, not looking down and always get the eyes bright, visible and in focus because they are the most important part.

Thank you for the suggestions...I will keep them in mind...I wanted him looking away and I like that the photo is taken from where everyone sees him...but I really like the eye suggestion.

I like the composition as it is, it seem a little blue or gray, maybe play with the white balance
