Thanks Logan. I'm not good at estimating distance but I think around 25 feet. If we get together later this month at Tommy Thompson we can make a stop where I photograph these guys. They are always there and you'll get good shots

This is a great idea. We'll have to get a date. 13-21 April I'll be in Denmark.
 
Great set! I especially like the frontal shot of the duck coming in for a landing.
 
Each of these is a stand-alone shot, but collectively they are brilliant! I really like the definition of the mallard feathers.

I'm in. May is the best time for moose though. Especially considering our previous "luck" for moose in Algonquin.
 
That sounds like there's an interesting story behind it. :)
