A Few Photos of the "Rough Fire"

My oldest daughter was at Hume Lake Christian Camp last week and when we picked her up I managed to get some photos of the fire (August 14). They evacuated the camp a few days ago. Hopefully they don't lose the camp.

I agree with tirediron- a bit scary. There seem to be a lot of wildfires in both the Western US and Canada this summer. I feel very sorry for the folks who have been burnt out by these things. Thanks for sharing these.

I can co-relate so much with the first pic, where the mountains look so akin to those that I see here in Dharamsala India. Similarly in India Forest fires effect thousands of hectares of exuberant vegetation effecting not only the trees but life within.
