A Flower for Mom - (C&C Please)

Hello everyone-

Snapped this picture this past weekend while visiting my parents on Long Island.

Any C&C would be greatly appreciated as always.

Should I crop this in a little more?

Thoughts?

I would remove the little purple petal in the right lower corner. Its distracting.
But apart from that I think its a nice shot. It has a nice sharp focus on the middle of the flower.

A little more dof would work so the flower was in focus and yes crop it so the partial flower in lower right is out, I'd leave a little more space on the left than right when cropping. Just my thoughts, I think its still a nice shot.

And i just realized tht i messed up on the upper tip of the flower. I burned a little too close. woops.

This isn't off-center enough to be called "off-center" imo. It's just the bad kind of off-center.

Thanks for the edit attempt D-B-J but I like the colors of the original better. I understand what you're saying about off-center though.
