The weather has been awful lately, so I tried finding some interesting shots in my grandparents home.
Some of you may have seen my "do you agree?" post; this is a result of the concept that a good photographer can find a photo anywhere.
Please critique my somewhat attempt at abstract photography. Be has harsh as you need to be. :thumbup:

All taken with Nikon D5100. I find that B&W works really well for indoor shots with low light. ;-)

The shapes! The angles! The lines! The light! The shadows! The plant going towards the light, suggesting movement, albeit slow movement! The drama! The B&W!


I don't like the crooked.

You must be talking about the lampshade being crooked. Wow, I didn't even notice that. Thats going to bother me now

No. Look at the level of the credenza and the floor....you can take care of that in PP, but be cognizant of it when you shoot next time.
