I didn't post here when I joined about two weeks ago. Doing it now.
I am a retired guy living in the Ozark mountains of northern Arkansas.
My current hobbies include many civic organizations I belong to, wood working and turning, ATV riding, hunting, shooting traditional muzzle loading rifles, historical reenacting, collecting, writing, baby sitting the grands and, of course, photography. I am a former professional photog starting in 1953 with a 4x5 Speed Graphic and a big bag full of slides and flash bulbs. I fiercely resisted digital photography but now my Nikons, lenses and other accessories sit unused in a cabinet.
There is always much to learn and share about photography. I hope to benefit from membership here.
