A little help please?

I took some shots that could have been better today. After seeing the boat that was worked on on here I was wondering if these are fixable by anyone? Im not super great at photoshop yet.

with this one I was trying to get the fake tattoo out of there, which shouldnt be too hard, but it kept looking like she had a bruise. Is it fixable?

I liked this one when I took it but my friends face ended up not being that great in it! Is it possible to take him out?

Is it possible to get rid of the noise and red eye in this one?

you can get rid of the red eye pretty easily in bog standared software that comes with digital camera(that is if you use a digital one)the other girl in the second one has red eye to i will try to do it for you if you want
