A little something for the kitchen

So I am moving into my first place in a few weeks and realized I need something to deck the walls. This grew great interest in my to do my own creations.

I am in no means a professional artist but aspire to learn as much about photography as this young mind can. Here are two photos I just took today. I am very simplistic in nature but modern as well.

Any critiquing would be a great learning lesson for me and very much appriciated.

Photos were taken with a Sony Cybershot DSC-P72. (I only have one other camera as I've not been able to afford nice ones yet. But I've not learned how to use it properly.)

the first one is a great kitchen piece!! you should try bumping the contrast a little!!! but its a great shot!!

i cant see the second one...i get a red x

Ok thank you... I don't know why the second one doesn't show up, it shows up here... but computers are computers.


I worked on the contrast a little bit... I think its a bit better but I'm the new one here.

I like the first. Nice work - tho I might crop the edges a bit. I don't dig on the second but I can't honestly criticize it - it's a personal opinion thing I reckon - I don't like the hand being there.
