A newbie who is considering a D50

Hi everyone,

I'm an SLR-enthusiast from Sydney who can't wait to get started!

Just to rack all you smart minds, I have a question for you. How would you recommend a Nikon D50 for $384 (USD) with:

- AFS DX Zoom 18-55mm f/3.5 - 5.6G ED
- AFS DX Zoom 55-200mm f/4 - 5.6G ED.
- 2GB SD memory card
- Extra battery
- IR remote release

This is quite a good deal in Australia and I'm excited to jump right in. Also, any advice on questions to ask the seller?

Thanks! No, not new! Trying to get a shutter actuation count on the camera, seller predicts 1000 but not sure how much I believe that.

i have a D50 with the 18-55mm VR and 55-200mm VR. i obviously enjoy using my D90 more but for that price it's a steal! and you will love it!
