A night at the hospital...

I haven't posted in a while.

Well, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our newest member in
the family. My nephew should be born any minute now...but last night
was kind of a dry/practice run since they ended up sending her home.

I really should have gotten pictures at the Mexican Food restaurant
afterward, but I was too hungry by that time.

I will be taking pictures in the birthing room as he is born, so I am really
freaking out about the opportunity. I am shooting the whole thing in
black and white only. Should be fun. Heh.

She asked me to be in the room when he is born. I will attempt to capture
some of the emotion in the room during the birth without capturing the
actually, bloodbath of birth. I want the first breath... really badly.

Girl... you're not even kidding. We have been sitting around on pins and
needles all weekend waiting for that little bugger. Maybe today???

My bestfriend just asked me to take the pictures at the hospital when her baby comes (5 weeks). I'm excited for the opportunity -- although I won't be in the delivery room *whew*!

Oh, I am already looking forward to the continuation of this series. What we are getting to see now is exciting already. The photo called "contractions" is making me whince only by looking at it.......!

I am having some serious baby blues over here (TTC is one he** of a long road) Those pics are GREAT! Can't wait to meet your nephew. I am sure your sister will cherish these photos forever. GREAT job
