Took this picture tonight as I was walking down the street in Campbellton, NB, Canada. It looks peaceful, almost like a dream.

I feel like I'm only seeing a portion of the picture.
Maybe my dreams are different *shrugs*.
I like the softness though.

That's the whole frame you're seeing, sorry to disappoint you. Thank you for your comments, the softness was created in Photoshop CS2 using a gaussian blur layer with the original on top with reduced opacity. The colors are untouched.
