a program that will create PCD files?

Does anyone know of a program that will create, convert or save photo files as PCD files?

That is the format that kodak used or still uses to create files to cd so that they could be displayed with their photo cd player. I know they have since got away from using that format but I would like to be able to create that file and play them on the kodak photo cd player.

As I have stated elsewhere: Graphic Converter from Lemke Software will convert virtually any graphics file into any other. It can handle almost 200 file formats - including most mobile phone formats! All Kodak file types are supported.
It is shareware - and probably the most useful programme in the world.
The drawback is that it is for Macs only. It's worth getting a Mac just to be able to use this ;-)
