Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I was thinking about offering clients a magazine cover type photo, which may be good for senior portraits, etc.

So heres my question for those on here that do this sort of thing, do you create a generic name of a magazine, or do you go with a popular magazine? If you go for the latter, did you get written permission from them to do this, or do you figure your advertising their product for them?

Same also goes for baseball cards for sports pictures. I think topps offers a service to get it printed on actual card paper, etc, and packaged in topps packaging.

You can't use the real name of a magazine with out permission (read $$$) so I do close but not the same name and mags. I make up my own as well. My sports cards are custom. I know of someone who got sued for using the topps logo.
