the first would be really great it the woman/guy ?! was more on the left, a little only, while the second one is tilted! but even though great

I like the solitary person - it would look better (IMHO) if the seen was composed slightly to the right, so that as Mentos said, the person was further into the frame, but I would keep him/her to the right of the reflection of the sun

Well actualy thats the left half of the pic, the reason i cropped it was to get rid of another person who i think was getting in the way of the mood i was trying to get in the picture.

If someone has any advice on how i could get rid of an object or person in my picture using photoshop then i'll post the entire pic later, ocne i make the changes.

Try using the clone and healing brush tools, that's what I do to edit objects out of a photo.
