Having the water cut off on the right light that bothers me. Not sure what exactly is the subject here. It looks like an interesting place to shoot and youve done a nice job with the processing but the composition lacks something.

I like it. Very nice processing, but like Bynx said the water being cut off on the right is a bit annoying. I am also a little iffy on how the clouds in the top left are so smoothe

Hmm I agree to an extent with the above posters about the reservoir being cut off. Did you take any other images around the same time from the same point?

As the picture stands it is quite nicely processed with good color and lighting.

Clouds on the left are a bit of a distraction but that may be mother nature and not your processing.
