Hi all.

I gather there's a way to launch Adobe Camera Raw converter in Bridge, withou firing up Photoshop. Is that right? CS2 is such a resource hog. Sometimes I just want to adjust my raw files, but not work on them beyond what I can do in ACR.

Any advice?

Not that I am aware of. It is basicly Adobe's version of DPP to allow you to select the RAW mode you want to start with. If you are just looking for the functions of the Camera Raw Converter, use DPP. That seems to be what Camera Raw Converter is based upon. If someone can correct me on this one I would LOVE to know how because I too would use that function.

I wasn't able to figure out how to do it. When you open the RAW file in Bridge, PS lauches automatically.

Hi,

to open RAW files in Adobe bridge (CS2 version) do this:

In bridge:

edit / preferences / advanced

tick "double-click edits camera raw settings in bridge"

hope this helps
