Thanks to many people who replied in my thread about props for my first baby shoot - the parents are so pleased, I'm sure they're going to buy 10 copies of each! haha! They've told me they found a photographer "for life".

2. I call this one my "walmart" shot, because it looks like it's out of their studio.

Thanks for looking!

Very nice work!! I agree about the exposure, that can be fixed.

I have to agree with the traveller. However, this isn't altogether a bad thing because they SO can be improved with the same method I suggested to you before. These are great composition which, as far as I can tell almost the most important part of a fabulous photograph. You have that down great! A little TLC in editing and you will explode with more mommies that want you to be their lifetime photographer!!!!

Great shots. I came in cause I saw my name and I found an adorable little baby!! I agree with what's been said, a little tlc in photoshop and these will really pop!

Chubsy :) What a sweetheart! I would highly recommend bringing some type of a reflector or learning fill flash. The colours are brilliant however there are raccoon shadows around her eyes and some reflected light upwards would work wonders - sure it can be 'fixed' but in camera makes life SO much easier ;)

Good job on these though

I have a 22" 5-in-1 reflector on the way! :)

That's some serious chub on that baby! Nice photos.
