What am I looking at?

Is it a huge billboard sign (hope that is the word!???) which you photographed while lying flat on your back with the camera pointing up the concrete pole of that sign? That is what - after quite some thinking and wondering, bringing photo and title of thread into some sort of line in my head - I now think you have photographed. But I really don't know...

Which is good!
I mean... why else would I look wonderingly at a photo?
