Pity about the focus on the rim of the hat. The fourth seam is VERY in focus, but his eye lashes are not. Plus his face is a bit blown, so you might have stopped down a bit to get a deeper DOF, that would maybe have included the eyes in the range that is in focus, and exposure would have been more on the skin of his face and less on the hat.

I do like the crop, but like Corinna said, there seem to be some focus/exposure issues. You may also want to play with the colours a bit; it seems a bit on the bluish side. He's a very cute little guy!
