Advice on shooting Horses... I tend to shoot people not animals

What sort of shot are you after so i can help with settings ?
You could shoot it running with a slow shutter

I think she just wants them standing but im not 100% sure. I will be down at the farm tomorrow so i will let you know. Thank you so much for the help
