Advice on this shot?

I took this picture downtown Denver and I really like it, but couldn't get zoomed in enough to get the bird properly. There's something I like about the shot, but I dont know if its worth trying to change. Any thoughts about how to make it better?

The detail on these are great and I really like the second and third. The light hits the tower at a really cool spot. I'd like to see it in B&W too.

Fuji Finepix S7000.. Its my Baby.. My Christmas present to myself LoL. I have only had it for about 3 weeks so I'm still getting used to it.

Hmm, the colors in #1 are really appealing (though the bird isn't really part of the picture given how small it is)... number two has really nice detail and shadows. But #3 doesn't really do it for me, I think it's just the brightness difference (or color? Not sure) between the top part and lower part of the tower that I don't care for..

Walter, I agree, I wasn't sure about that one. The time of day didnt allow for any better shot though

Look at how the blue OPEN sky is pulling at you in the last picture... this does it for me.
