AF Fine Tune

I was using AF Fine Tune today to calibrate my lenses on my D7000, but I ran into a problem when I tried to so it on my Tokina 100mm AT-X Macro lens. It thinks that lens is my Tokina 11-16mm which I earlier calibrated. I can't seem to do them separately because they're not recognized as being different. When I use the 100mm the camera knows it is shooting at 100mm despite telling me it is an 11-16.

Has this happened to anyone else? and more importantly, does someone know a solution?

Can you delete the previous lens data?
