affordable ,good lens for D7000

Hey.

Im looking for a good affordable lens for multiple purposes. I already got the 18-200mm kitlens. And ill get the nikkor 50mm 1.8 soon. Anyother recommendationa for the d7000. For skateboarding. And nature photography?

I would recommend the 35 1.8 over the 50 but that's my opinion. Keep in mind the crop factor. The 35 is basically a 50mm focal length on the cropped sensor.

As far as other lenses I think you need to be a little more specific on what your looking for. Wide angle? Portraits? Skateboarding is a bit vague to me, especially since I never shot it.

Many Skateboarders prefer Utra-wide like my Sigma 10-20 is a good start and great for landscapes.
And many use for those sweeping landscape shots.

Sorry no skateboarding shooting much. But many of the young whippersnapper's love shooting ultra-wide for skateboarding.
