Ahoy! From rainy Seattle!

Hey all, just wanted to make my inaugural post here and say hello to the members who landed here before me.

I just got my first DSLR a month ago, and before that it was all point-and-shoot nonsense. I'm taking a class at the local community college, which really isn't helpful, but I'm also making time to get out during the day in different lights and snap some pictures.

I'm just here to meet other photographers, learn from you, and maybe ask a question or two as well.
