My question is.....is this too busy? Some people would prefer a simpler shot. But what really caught my eye was the entire scene and all of the things included. Not just the flower blooms.....but the green leaves, the rocks, the pine cones, the old logs. And the state flower of Colorado as the showcase.
There's something to be said for a simple shot that's less cluttered. But I also like scenes where there is plenty of things to check out. What do you think?
This was taken in Mayflower Gulch near Leadville, Colorado on a recent wildflower photo tour of the state. Enjoy.
