Sounds about right. I won 2nd place in the "show us your citycentre contest" and got a bunch of gift cards and the centre got free rights to spam my photo anywhere they wanted. Have yet to see it in advertising anywhere. So I guess I got the best of that deal. Sukas!!!!

Thanks for the input. I have included the photos in much larger size. I think you'll be able to see that the "kites over the Kinneret" picture is much easier to see in full detail, and the horizon on the "View over the Kinneret" is at approximately 40% where I felt the photo was well balanced. In "A leap of faith" The wind surfer just felt right being smack in the center of the photo, I tried cropping in different ways, but kept coming back to that position. The rule of thirds sometimes needs to be broken . Feel free to play with the images and let me see what you come up with.
