An Interesting Take on the 60D (vs 550D and 7D)

I share his view in having kind of a confused understanding of why the 60D is what it is. I remember hearing a similar argument on an old episode of Top Gear (a British car show that shares the same kind of humor in their news and reviews as Digital Rev) when the Porsche Cayman came out. They noted the oddly exact nature of its placement directly between the Boxster and the 911 (link here). I remember thinking these exact parallels when I first heard details about the 60D: that it could have been a better, but was limited because of planned market placement between the 7D and 550D.
