Photos NOT OK to edit
I've been pretty busy since getting serious about 6 weeks ago. Here's a bunch of shots from today. Comments and critique appreciated, but I know it's a lot of photos!

Look at those colours pop out of the frame in #1! That's an awesome exposure and I must say the lighting ratios are great.

#4 I also enjoy looking at very much. Very casual and the mood of father and son showing of their sneakers is great. My nit pick is that part of your watermark is overlapping the boy's shoes.

#3, 5, 7 are blown, especially #7.

#2 the background exposure is a little too overpowering. I would've shot a wider aperature on this.

#6 I'm not too sure if the negative space is complimenting

#8 I usually crop this way if there was something going on like a hug, holding hands, playing footsy, jumping. If they were just standing there I would crop this way to accentuate shoes, pants, or any attire.

Glad to hear that your busy Mike!

I don't like the balance in #5. A shot like this could be centered because each person balances each side. It also seems weird that she's looking at you and he's looking at her. #3 and #7 look a little overexposed, but you may be able to do correct it to some degree.

I like how everyone is wearing colors that are the similar, but different shades and not all matching outfits, which looks a little goofy IMO (how many families wear matching clothes at all?)

#3 to me makes the whites of their eyes look blue. it was literally the first thing i noticed when i got to that picture. could be my monitor but the other ones look good.

#7 the girls eyes look black to me... they need some color or something. again, could be my monitor.

otherwise i like them quite a bit... i like the poses, and i like the reds, even if different shades. unless its all white shirts, i would rather have shades of one color then multi-colored. for me it ties everone together in the photo.

I love them all but the shot of the lil girls isn't that great. I don't like how they are by a brick wall....it doesn't fit ya know?
