Hi All
Still at the 'low' end (compared to a lot of you anyway!) with cameras, a Fuji S9600. I use it a fair amount for personal photography and also for commercial work - product photography for catalogues, brochures, web sites etc. I do an awful lot of work on photos as part of being a designer but they are nearly always someone elses.
Anyway, I've been working WITH photos for so many years, and 'playing' at taking them myself, that I'm now starting to take it a little more seriously and thought I'd come here to try and learn a 'lot' more.
One thing I'm intent on learning is how I can swing the balance from spending a few minutes taking the photo and half an hour retouching it, to a few minutes taking the photo and a few seconds retouching it!
