Another new guy

Hello TPF members, new guy here.

I recieved a D60 for Christmas with my parents... With the supplied 18-55 lens. I know the glass is mediocre but I'm already amazed at the pictures. I also picked up a few books and I've learned a lot in the past few days.

I'm in Southern WI, anyone need any snow pictures? I can get those

I hope to sharpen my technique by lurking(and occasionally posting) here
