I've seen some people using these for ambiance in their YouTube videos. I have a regular LED light I picked up a few years age that allows adjusting brightness and temperature and this works great for video. If I was to add an LED RGB light setup right now it would probably be something like the Neewer 480 in the two light kit, but I think these are bigger than what you are looking for.
